Here are a few important policies to help ensure a smooth experience from booking through your hair appointment.

Appointment Communication

Feel free to call, text, or message me on social media to book or inquire about your appointment. Please keep in mind that my hands are often busy with clients, so it might take me a little time to get back to you.

Add-On Services

If you'd like to include any add-ons

(longer lengths of braids), please be sure to select them when booking. Add-ons come with an additional cost and may require extra time. If you forgot to add one, just reach out to me, and I'll happily adjust your booking.

Late Arrival Policy

I totally get it—life happens! If you're running late, please reach out to let me know. If it conflicts with other appointments, we can work together to rearrange the timing. I’ll also keep you updated if I'm running behind.

Cancellation Policy

I completely understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. Just let me know in advance, and I will ensure the same consideration is extended to you.

Hair Included Services

For braid services, Expression braiding hair is included. For Spring Twists and Soft Locs, clients are required to bring their own hair. For Boho/Gypsy Braids, Premium Master Mixed Curly hair is provided, but if you'd prefer human hair, you're welcome to bring your own. For BoraBora Braids, human hair is recommended, and clients require to bring their own hair for this style.

Please be sure to read the service descriptions carefully when booking. If you'd like to bring your own braiding hair, a $10 discount will be applied to your service.

Payment Methods

My preferred payment methods are:

If none of these options are available, card payments are also welcome.
