Thank you so much for choosing me, Nio, for your hair services—it truly means the world to me! Before your appointment, I just want to share a few important policies to make sure everything runs smoothly:
Appointment Communication
You’re welcome to call, text, or message me on social media to book or ask about your appointment. Please understand that my hands are often busy with clients, so it may take me a little time to respond—but I will always get back to you as soon as I can!
Add-On Services
If you’d like to include any add-ons (like treatments or extras), please make sure they’re selected when booking. Add-ons cost extra and require more time, so if you forgot to include one, just contact me so I can adjust your booking.
Late Arrival Policy
Life happens—I get it. But if you’re running more than 15 minutes late, please reach out to let me know. I may have to reschedule if timing conflicts with other appointments. I’ll also let you know if I'm running behind, although I’m usually right on time.
Cancellation Policy
I completely understand that life happens outside of appointments, and sometimes plans need to change. If you communicate with me in advance, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.
That said, here's how fees apply when there's no communication:
- Day-before cancellations: 25% fee
- Same-day cancellations: 50% fee
- No-shows: 100% charge + blocked from future booking
Open and honest communication is all I ask—and I’ll always extend the same to you.
Hair Included Services
Most braid services include hair—be sure to read the descriptions when booking. If you prefer to bring your own hair, I offer a discounted rate for that option.
Multitasking Moments
I’m the owner, stylist, and all-around salon magician—sometimes I may need to briefly assist a guest or take a short phone call while you're in my chair. For longer services, I might ask for a quick 5–10 minute break to recharge. Feel free to bring a snack and get comfy while we create your masterpiece.
Preferred Payment Methods
While I do accept cards and Afterpay, I kindly prefer:
- Cash
- Cash App
- Venmo
- Zelle
If none of those are available, card payments are still welcome.
